Won Pat says, “In our conversation with US Secretary of  State Hillary Clinton, we had asked her if she had any idea of how soon this is going to happen, because we need to prepare ourselves. And her response to us was they feel a little more confident now in this moving forward. The only thing that they were waiting for was the election of the Governor and for Okinawa to finalize their plans.”
