U.S. Seeks Revocation of Tuncap’s Supervised Release After Burglary Arrest


Guam – The U.S. Attorney has petitioned the District Court to issue a warrant or summons for Joseph Tuncap who is alleged to have violated the terms of his supervised release.

Tuncap was convicted of Bank Fraud and was originally sentenced to 125 months in prison followed by 60 months of supervised release.

But according to the Petition filed today [Friday] in District Court,  Tuncap violated the terms of his supervised release when he was arrested on burglary and theft charges. The complaint also states that Tuncap failed to participate in the home detention program as required.

The Federal Probation office recommends that Tuncap’s probation should be revoked.
