A vessel overturned at the mouth of the Hagatna Boat Basin at 7:49 pm, the Guam Fire Department reported.
Rescue units were on the scene at 7:55 pm.
According to GFD, all 3 adult occupants were uninjured and rescued on board a rescue boat at 8 pm.
