Guam – The Former Assistant Principal of F.B. Leon Guerrero has been arrested by Guam Police for failing to report allegations that other children were inappropriately touching another child.

Agents with GPD’s Juvenile Investigations Section took 56 year old Milaflor O. Quitugua  of Ordot into custody shortly after 2 pm this afternoon [Wednesday].

According to a release from GPD Public Information Officer A.J. Balajadia, Quitugua is “alleged to have been told of a child being inappropriately touched by other children” in November of last year and Quitugua allegedly failed to report the incident to the Guam Police Department.

The victim’s mother reported the incident to the police.
