Guam – The checks are in the mail. The Department of Administration got the latest round of tax refund checks out a day early.
DOA Accounting Tech Supervisor John Aguon brought 2-thousand 600 checks over to the main post office in Barrigada this morning. The checks amount to $6-million dollars.
Aguon told PNC News he pushed to get the refund checks out as soon as psossible. Tax payers should expect their checks to arrive in the mail as soon as tomorrow, Friday.
This lastest dispursement of tax refund checks covers 2012 “Status A” refunds covering taxpayers who filed their returns on or before March 28th.
