Guam – The Liberation Day parade was lead by the Guam Hawgs motorcycle gang. Cancer survivor Carline Rosario rode with Guam Hawg Dennis Larson. Rosario’s participation is part of the Guam Hawgs’ involvement in charities for children’s health.
Rosario, who has been in remission for a year lost her leg and hair from her battle with cancer, was pleased to be a part of the Guam Hawgs, “I like them for everything that they have done. They are Bad-ass”.
One of the goals of Guam Hawgs is to raise money for sick children and their off-island medical expenses. The members also are selling raffle tickets to give away a 1975 Honda Chopper 750 on Liberation Day. All proceeds will go to the group’s children’s fund.
Children in need are encouraged to reach out to the Guam Hawgs by contacting them on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/guamhawgsmc).
