Guam – Those interested in becoming a candidate in this year’s election can pick up an election-packet at the Guam Election Commission starting tomorrow, Friday.
Already some supporters and potential candidates have picked up petitions. Among them the committee to draft former Governor Gutierrez and the re-election committee for Governor Calvo.
Supporters of Tommy Morrison, Glen Leon Guerrero and Adolpho Palacios have also picked up petitions.
But GEC Executive Director Maria Pangelinan says that Friday is the day that the full candidate packages will be ready for pick-up.
Senatorial candidates require 250 signatures on their petitions to qualify to run, Gubernatorial candidates must get 500 signatures.
