Guam- Despite funding woes, the Department of Education (DOE) has been trying to take a proactive approach with the rash of break-ins that are happening at Guam’s public schools.
However, Guam DOE also believes the community must take a more active role in the prevention of the growing problem of vandalism.

In the meantime, the Guam Education Policy Board (GEPB) continues to accept applications for the DOE Superintendent position. The deadline to submit is May 16.
