Guam – The Guam Environmental Protection Agency joined Governor Calvo at Adelup this morning for the Earth Day 2014 Proclamation Signing.
Earth Day this year is on April 22nd. But on Guam the occasion will be marked with events throughout the month of April.
During the signing ceremony Wednesday, the Governor spoke about his work on President Obama’s Task Force on Climate Change and the need for all of us to become more aware.
Guam EPA has scheduled a number of awareness events throughout April including beach clean ups, a water safety workshop, earth hour and more service learning events.
