Guam – Governor Eddie Calvo Monday signed into law Bil 73 which changes the name of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse [DMHSA] to the Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center [GBHWC].
The Governor was joined by Sens. Dennis Rodriguez, Mike Limtiaco, Brant McCreadie, and Tommy Morrison, as well as Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center Administrator Rey Vega, and Deputy Administrator Peter Alexcis Ada.
