Guam- An appeal has been filed with the Guam Environmental Protection Agency Board of Directors over the denial of the Atantano Landfill Operating Permit application.
The Guam Resource Recovery Partners (GRRP) argue the appeal is based on the Guam EPA Administrator’s failure to follow the law.
