VIDEO: Guthertz: Public Law 31-15 May Help DOE With Food Poisoning Prevention


Guam- Officials with the Guam Departments of Education and Public Health and Social Services continue their investigations into last week’s food poisoning incident that affected nearly 300 students and staff from 5 different high schools. While the final report has yet to be released, a recently passed law may help DOE prevent situations like this from happening again.

PNC also contacted King’s Restaurant spokesman Joe Sicad. He says no new information has been provided on the investigation. However, he thanks all officials handling the situation and said King’s is glad the kids are safely back home with their families.
