Guam- A public hearing on measures that deal with cyberbullying, bullying, and sex crimes turned into a heated discussion when the archdiocese testified against a bill because it felt it was specifically targeted. However, several lawmakers disagreed saying it has to do with a broad range of organizations and entities.

Lawmakers also heard testimony on legislation that updates statutes with cyberbullying, bullying and sexting and another measure for the expungement of criminal records following an executive pardon.
