Guam – Guam Police Wednesday night arrested the 2 suspected masked men, and the alleged getaway driver in the February 6th armed robbery of the Yigo branch of the Bank of Guam.
They have been identified as *35 year old Ricky Chris McIntosh Jr. of Dededo, *41 year old Vincent David Santos of Mangilao and *18 year old Jathan John Pangelinan Tedtaotao.
GPD Spokesman A.J. Balajadia says that McIntosh and Tedtaotao are the alleged masked men who entered the bank. And Santos is accused of being the getaway driver.
A 4th suspect in the bank robbery, Antonio Roke Quitugua, was arrested on Saturday March 1st. He is accused of being a “lookout” in the bank robbery. In Superior Court yesterday, Quitugua entered a plea of not guilty to various robbery, theft and conspiracy charges.
It was Quitugua’s March 2 Magistrate’s report that first revealed that police already knew the names of the suspects who they believed committed the Bank of Guam robbery. And it is now known that the 4th, un-named suspect, in that Magistrate report, is Jathan John Pangelinan Tedtaotao.
Vincent Santos is the step-father of Jathan Teddtaotao. Both were already in custody on different charges.
Santos was being held for the February 7th theft of a black 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck from the GMH parking lot, which occurred one day after the Bank of Guam robbery.
And Santos’ step-son Jathan was being held on a burglary charge related to the February 2 theft of firearms from a Yigo home. 6 firearms and about 200 rounds of ammunition were stolen. This robbery occurred 4 days prior to the Yigo bank robbery.
McIntosh is being held for Second-Degree Robbery, Criminal Facilitation, Terrorizing, Conspiracy, Theft of Property, Reckless Conduct, Use of a Deadly Weapon in the Commission of a Felony and Guilt Established by Complicity.
