Guam – The Administration and the Legislature are trading blows over the health insurance rebates GovGuam and its employees are scheduled to get next month.
The Governor accuses the democrat controlled Legislature of making a “huge error” by already appropriating a portion of the rebate owed to GovGuam employees.
The Vice-Speaker responds that the bottom-line is that Calvo’s Selectcare over-charged both GovGuam and its employees by millions of dollars.
