Guam – Triple J presented Guam Cancer Care with a thirty thousand dollar check today to support the organization’s mission of raising cancer awareness on Guam.

On November 16, 2013, Triple J Enterprises hosted the 8th Annual Triple J Family/Fun/Run/Walk to raise funds for Guam Cancer Care. The event was themed “These Colors Run” to further awareness for Guam Cancer Care and, through the various Cancer Awareness Ribbon colors, the different cancers that our local residents face.

The timed event stressed happiness over competition, with color blasting stations along the race route. Participants of all ages and walks of life came out to support this worthwhile cause, wearing their color splattered clothing home as trophies!

A whopping 1336 female and 996 male, total 2332 runners crossed that finish line! Guam Cancer Care, their staff, board of directors and the hundreds of Guam residents afflicted by cancer that they serve, were humbled by the outpouring of support by our community as well as from our group of companies – over 2,300 came out to “Join the Fight” that morning and we were honored to have been witness to it.
