Guam – The Guam Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Section is asking the public for any information in locating what they’re calling a “person of interest.”
He is a Korean man named Chin Woo Song. He is in his mid forties and stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
His is being sought for questioning in reference to an on going investigation stemming form the beating of a man in Harmon early last Saturday morning, June 18.
