Guam – The House Insular Affairs Subcommittee convenes Thursday in Washington [Friday here on Guam] to hear testimony on 2 bills critical to Guam.

The first is the Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act, H.R. 44. And the Second is P.L. 110-229 which includes an amendment addressing Guam’s quest for a China-Russia Visa Waiver Program.

Guam Governor Eddie Calvo will testify on before the Committee on both measures.
