A warrant has been issued for one of the men implicated in the Game Time game room robbery.

Michael Jordan Babauta did not show up for court this morning. But it was his failure to appear for intake and processing with probation services which prompted a warrant to be issued by Superior Court Judge Anita Sukola.

Babauta was picked up by authorities in September, during a raid of the hotel room being occupied by his co-defendants Logan Junior Elias and Harry George Cruz.

While court documents do not state Elias’ role in the robbery, it does state that he was discovered in the hotel room with a pipe containing methamphetamine residue.

A continued criminal trial setting has been set for Nov. 19.
