Water Back On At Veterans Affairs Office

Guam – Water service was restored to the Veterans Affairs Office in Asan Wednesday night, on the eve of Veterans Day today.

But island veterans are careful not to get too excited about the news.

Governor Camacho reportedly ordered that the water be restored yesterday, but at least one veteran is concerned that it will be shut off after today’s Veteran’s Day Holiday.

Tom Devlin says if the VA doesn’t come up with the $60-thousand dollar payment by Friday, he fears the water will be shut off again tomorrow.
