Guam – A broken window and bullet fragments were found inside the International Fitness Center Wednesday morning, along with other damage caused by shots fired at the International Fitness Center Tuesday night.
Acting Guam Police Spokesman Officer Paul Tapao reports that the Hagatna precincts responded to a report of shots being fired in the vicinity of the District Court at 12:46am, but upon investigation, police found no evidence of a shooting in the area.
Then, about 2 hours later, the Hagatna Precinct got a call from the Fitness Center, which is close to the Federal Court, reporting that a window had been damaged by gunfire.
Officer Tapao reports that officers recovered the bullet fragments inside the Fitness Center this morning.
The incident remains under investigation.
