Woman arrested on charges of child abuse and possession of child pornography


Guam – Details have yet to be released regarding the arrest of a woman accused of child abuse and possession of child pornography.

The Department of Corrections confinement records indicate that 42-year old Alicia Ulloa Medeiros was arrested today on offenses related to custodial interference as a first degree felony, child abuse, family violence and possession of child pornography.

She is currently being confined with DOC as she awaits being formally charged by the Attorney General’s Office.

At this time details of her arrest were not made public.
