The woman died of a close range gunshot wound to the face
Guam – A homicide investigation has been launched after a woman was reported dead in Agat last night.
Medical Examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola ruled the death a homicide and told PNC the woman died of a close range gunshot to the face. Guam Police detectives were called to South Santa Cruz Drive at 8:33pm Sunday on a call of a possible suicide.
GPD Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia says the victim was a 54-year-old Russian woman. The case has been reclassified from a death investigation to a homicide according to Balajadia.
