Woman indicted in Facebook child porn case involving 2 men

While it’s not clear what Asuncion’s role is in the case, she was charged with possession of child pornography.

Guam – A third defendant has been named in a child pornography case that involves toddlers.

She has been identified as Yvonne Mesa Asuncion and she was indicted on a charge of possession of child pornography as a second degree felony.

In court today she pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The two other defendants in the case, Parameswaran Somasumdaram and Sundram Allagan, were also indicted on similar charges. They are accused of possessing a video depicting pornographic activities between two toddlers and then exchanging that video via Facebook Messenger.

It’s not clear what Asuncion’s role is in this case. She was released on a $15,000 personal recognizance bond and was ordered to stay away from minors unless supervised.

Asuncion’s next hearing is on November 22 at 9 a.m.
