Woman quarantined after violating government isolation facility protocol

A 24-year-old woman has been placed in quarantine for violating protocols at a Government of Guam isolation facility.

On Monday, November 16, 2020, GPD personnel assigned to a government isolation facility was made aware by nursing staff of a possible violation in protocol regarding an unauthorized individual in the facility.

A check was made and a female, who unlawfully entered the facility, was located in a room.

The woman was then informed by nursing staff that she would not be permitted to leave and would have to quarantine.

The case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for possible indictment and prosecution.
